Engine tuning is the adjustment or modification of the internal combustion engine or Engine Control Unit(ECU) to yield optimal performance and increase the engine' power output, economy or durability. These goals may be mutually exclusive; an engine may be de-tuned with respect to output power in exchange for better economy or longer engine life due to lesened stress on engine.
Electronic Fuel Injection
Fuel injection is the introduction of fuel in an internal combustion engine, most commonly automotive engines, by the mean of an injector. All diesel engines use fuel injection by design. Gas engines can use gasoline direct injection, where the fuel is directly delivered into the combustion chamber, or indirect injection where the fule is mixed with air before the intake stroke.
Anti Brake Lock System
Anti-lock brakes, also known as ABS, are a sought-after safety feature found in many modern cars, trucks and motorcycles. ABS brakes work to enhance traction and stopping distances on potentially slippery surfaces by electronically controlling brakes so wheels don’t lock up. If you do get locked wheels, your car or truck can spin, slide, and skid, leaving you helpless. If the red warning light for the regular brakes comes on, that typically means your vehicle is losing brake fluid or the brakes are so worn that you don’t have normal stopping power. Either of those situations warrants immediate attention and possible repair work.
Power Window & Door Lock Repairs
Power windows or electric windows are automobile windows which can be raised and lowered by pressing a button or switch, as opposed to using a crank handle. We will replace existing faulty power window or look through its electronic components to cause of the the problem and rectify it. Our certified person have access to the tools and training manuals or simply have the needed experience and knowledge to take apart car door panels, remove windows, and gain access to locking mechanisms. Replacing car door locks is a tricky business and can take several hours if doing an entire car.
Drivability Diagnostics
We are using On-board diagnostics (OBD) used for vehicle's self-diagnostic and reporting capability. OBD systems give the vehicle owner or repair technician access to the status of the various vehicle sub-systems. Early versions of OBD would simply illuminate a malfunction indicator light or "idiot light" if a problem was detected but would not provide any information as to the nature of the problem. Modern OBD implementations use a standardized digital communications port to provide real-time data in addition to a standardized series of diagnostic trouble codes, or DTCs, which allow a person to rapidly identify and remedy malfunctions within the vehicle.
Clutch Services
Clutch adjustment and inspection typically takes about an hour, and includes checking and topping off the hydraulic fluid level. It should be performed according to the service schedule for your make and model. As with other automotive fluids, clutch hydraulic fluid should also be replaced at longer scheduled service intervals. For the best reliability and lifetime, it’s often best to replace all components together. A “clutch job” typically includes includes replacing the pressure plate, disk, and bearings (release, pilot, and/or throw-out bearings). In some cases it may be more economical to replace the entire assembly even though that’s essentially a full-day job
Transmisstion Service and Repairs
It is a regular part of routine car maintenance, just like an oil change. The primary aspect of a transmission service is flushing out the old transmission fluid and replacing it with new fluid. However, a complete transmission service should also include: examining the sump pump or pan (if possible), replacing or cleaning the filter, cleaning the pan and installing it with a new pan gasket. You should get a transmission service according to the intervals suggested in your owners manual. This will vary depending on if you are driving manual or automatic transmission car. On some occasions, transmission fluid can become contaminated to the point that it needs to be flushed before the manufactures specifications.
Engine Services and Repairs
Your engine is the heart of your vehicle; it is what is keeping things alive and flowing. So now, when you think of your engine, you need to think about it a preventive maintenance plan to change, check/fill, inspect and clean the essential components to help keep it healthy and alive.
Following activities we follow during engine service.
Visual inspection of engine components
Replace air filters
Replace fuel filters
Crankcase vent filter
Fuel pump
Ignition wires
Brake Services and Repairs
Brake service maintenance for the entire braking system and brake problems, such as brake pads, brake fluid, and rotors, are important in helping ensure the safety of you and your passengers in your car.
If your brakes are making a squealing sound or you hear grinding when your car comes to a stop, these may be signs that you need brake service immediately. Consult a certified technician near you for a brake inspection any time you notice any irregularities in your car’s braking performance.
Cooling System (Radiator) Service
An automotive cooling system’s basic function is to transfer engine heat into the atmosphere. The heat of combustion in a gasoline engine can reach approximately 2,000 degrees F at full throttle. Of course, the engine’s cylinders are exposed to these combustion temperatures for only a few thousandths of a second per combustion cycle, otherwise the engine’s aluminum pistons would melt.
Assuming normal maintenance has been performed, radiator service should take place after most of them fail, which is around 100,000 miles of service. Even so, the mechanical condition of the radiator should be determined when it is removed for repairs like timing belt or engine replacements.
Wheel Alignment
It’s easy to tell when your car isn’t in alignment. Drifting from side to side, abnormally-worn tires, or a tilted steering wheel while driving straight are symptoms of a vehicle in need of alignment services! Since a tire alignment actually fixes the vehicle suspension, not the tires, having a specialist who can properly adjust your suspension system is important.
Rotating your tires helps ensure tires wear evenly. It’s an important and often-overlooked part of auto maintenance that involves adjusting the position of tires around the car. We recommend that you rotate tires every 6,000-8,000 miles, ensuring the best tires are on the rear.
Tire Sales Mounting and Balancing
If you don’t regularly inspect and service your tires, you may experience a blowout, a flat, or worse. Meineke has the right tires for your vehicle and offers services you need to keep your tires in good working order, whether it’s everyday driving or preparing for a summer vacation roadtrip. Our certified technicians will inspect your tires, perform a tire repair, or replace them entirely. Steering and Suspension Service
Turning the steering wheel of your car seems simple, but a lot happens between your steering wheel and your car’s tires. This complex system relies on a number of processes in order to function properly. Nearly all vehicles today come with power steering, but if this system fails, it quickly becomes a safety issue. Typical steering and suspension services include wheel alignments, shock and strut repair and front and/or rear suspension repair.
We have some of the industry’s best technicians that have extensive experience and dealing with suspension related issues. However, as a vehicle owner, it’s your job to keep a check on the condition of your vehicle’s suspension system for possible issues. Here are some common issues you might notice if your suspension is in need of a repair.

Air Conditioning Service and Repairs
we are dedicated to provide a complete service to your car’s AC. We start with a thorough checkup for leakage, finding the cause, fixing it and recharging it with gas.
An air-conditioner is a closed system, and unless there is a problem, the coolant is neither consumed by the vehicle, nor does it escape. However, if there is a problem with the functioning of the system, then gas leakage -in a connector, hose or any other part of the system- is the major cause of it.
Special attention must be given to air-conditioner’s condensers. They are bound to get clogged with the remains of high-pressure refrigerant and other particle residues. These residues settle at the bottom of the condenser and result in clogging. We perform a full cleaning of the condenser at our service centre. This will help the AC unit remain healthy.
Wind Shield Service
Most cases full windshield replacement is the only answer. But at Safelite, if a chip or crack is six inches or smaller, a quick repair may be all you need. Following cases windshield can be repaired

Accessories that may restrict the deployment of the airbag or become a missile if contacted by a deploying airbag must not be fitted. Where a passenger airbag is fitted, this includes dash mats, drink, or phone holders, Sat navs etc.Where seat mounted side airbags, seat covers must be airbag compatible.Airbags can be triggered inadvertently during certain repair procedures so special precautions need to be applied. Serious injury can result, so leave repairs to us.
